December 26th we headed to Gadsden. We ate lunch out with my uncle’s family and Grannie and then we headed back to her place to share gifts. There were two new members of the family at Grannie’s house this year… Addy and Liam! My cousin Perri and her husband Michael welcomed Liam back in June so it was fun to watch him and see what Addy is going to be getting into next! We had dinner that night at Grandmother & Granddaddy’s house. All the family was there except Erin & Nico – they couldn’t make it home for Christmas and it was not the same without them! Lynne cooked all our favorites for dinner (with help from Grandmother & Granddaddy) – it was all delicious!

December 27th, we headed to Centreville. We had lunch at Nanny’s and opened gifts and then we headed to Grandmother & Granddaddy’s house for dinner. All in all, I think we read the Christmas story 4 times and there’s no telling how many gifts were opened. It was a fun Christmas and we had to stop and take a deep breath at the end of it all and thank God for all of our blessings!
