Goal!

This fall Addy and her BFF Riley have been learning about soccer! They've had lots of fun (at age 5, scoring a goal is not even a necessary element of fun!) Addy has had lots of cheerleaders on game night! Tonight was their last game and she scored her first goal!!! It was a fun game and we couldn't have been more proud!!!

They had Halloween night at practice... Riley and Addy were Cat woman and Doc McStuffins!

Our tailgating friends set up on the quad last weekend for the A&M game. There were lots of cute kiddos and plenty of good food! It was a perfect day!

Pumpkin Pickin'

A few weeks ago we took the girls to Griffin Farms Pumpkin Patch to meet some of our friends. Most of my "good" pictures are on my camera but it takes entirely too long to sort through and upload so this is as good as it gets!

They had a petting zoo, face painting (Addy got a butterfly), corn crib and corn maze, hayride to the pumpkin patch and a few other fun activities. We had the best time!!

This and that

Last week mom and dad went on a church trip so the girls and I were on Grannie-watch! Dad is so faithful to visit his mother who is in a nursing home here in town and we tried to fill in for him! We had a great time seeing Grannie - she was entertained too I think!

I was so proud of Addy for passing off this Bible verse at Sunday School today!


Last weekend Addy and Courtney went to the FL game! They had fun watching the band and cheerleaders...and a little football!


Meanwhile, Audrey found the dress up jewelry!!! She is into bracelets I think!

Addy is enjoying soccer this fall so far!! This is her first sport of any kind and it has been a good experience! Having her best friend Riley on her team has helped!

Summer shenanigans - continued

Here are a few more pictures from some of our summer fun - they wouldn't all fit in one post!

We went to Vacation Bible School back in June. Several of our friends came too! Audrey stayed in the nursery with Mrs. Tommie and her friends Paul, Julia and Harper but I couldn't take pictures of her or she'd get upset :(
