Mother's Day

We had our mothers over for dinner on Mother's Day... we kept it low key and enjoyed spending time with both sides of our family!  I was excited to have both of our families over so we could use the dining room table and I decorated using picture frames showcasing of all our mothers (and grandmothers)!  Our family is blessed with a heritage of loving, godly mothers on both sides - we are so thankful for all of them!

Back tracking... Pop's Birthday

We have been SO busy lately and I have neglected to update the blog, once again... I feel like that is getting to be a common theme!  I have uploaded lots of pictures and I'm going to try to back track until I get caught up because we have lots of fun memories over the last 2 months that I want to have on here for my own benefit.

Back at the beginning of May, we celebrated Pop's 60th birthday by going to dinner at Cypress Inn.  We had a great time!  We had to walk down to the river before we left because well... we just had to!
